Liked: Clean room, good location, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, definitely above the average. Room is equipped with small fridge. There is paid garage, so parking car is not a problem. Recommended.

Liked: Eric checked me in , Eric was professional & very pleasant, we got there early he recommended a restaurant down the street that was good,we got there early, he advised they could hold our luggage until check-in, I was cruising, he explained their shuttle to the port, cost was $10, he reserved a seat for us. Our room was clean & a nice size, bathroom/shower nice, complimentary breakfast was ok, I’ve had better at other Hampton Inns. Shuttle driver was polite & helpful, cruise port is crowded near ships he maneuvered thru traffic exceptionally well, van was clean & comfortable

Not worth the money

Disliked: The staff at the front desk was super rude, first they gave me the wrong room, and then the card for the right room they gave me wasn’t working
