Disliked: The location is not good. The queue at front desk due to lack of receptionist. Was assign to a room that near to breakfast area and gym, not quiet.

Liked: Front desk Travis clerk was great, he resolved an error with my reservation and gave me a suite which i really felt comfortable in.
Disliked: All was great.

Liked: The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, especially if you're planning to shop or work in the Design District. It was convenient to have breakfast included; however, the selection was quite limited. A bit more variety - such as yogurt and more fresh fruits - would have been appreciated.
Disliked: I was disappointed with the condition of the bedding - the sheets and cover appeared old and were noticeably wrinkled, and the duvet had visible spots, which made the bed feel uninviting. Additionally, the desk lamp shade was worn, with visible cracks and peeling, adding to the overall tired appearance of the room (#618).On a positive note, it was convenient to have breakfast included; however, the selection was quite limited. A bit more variety, such as offering yogurt, would have been appreciated.
