Disappointing

Disliked: Front desk always short handed therefore everytime we need to Q even for a small matter.Called front desk few time they rang but no pick up.Double beds are too small and we did not have good sleep over 2 nights.Homeless people near hotel and restaurants opposite. We have to walk pass them eveytime we go out.By 5pm no more direct sun for sunbathing. That is disappointing in summer.Housekeeping too late although reminded front desk in morning. We went out 10am and reminded room to be clean but not clean when back about 2pm when 3pm+ when we were resting housekeeper came and disturb our rest time.

Disliked: Our room was close to the roadside and it was a little noisy but all in all it was great.

Liked: Thumbs up for Abdul at the front desk! He did everything to accommodate us at 4:30am, after with booking there was a misunderstanding in the arrival time. Everything was great!
Disliked: Breakfast could be more outstanding, but it was still ok.
