Liked: Location and reception staff
Disliked: Conditions of the towels, it was very used and color of it almost dark and dirty also same as it’s regarding pillows

Great location good stay
Liked: The hotel is well located and helped us to move around walking to get to great stores and touristic places. The staff was great at even helped us to leave our bags secured after check out
Disliked: The view outside of the room was a parking building so you need to have your curtains closed all the time, there were people passing by all the time

Should be renamed Hotel Calamity.
Liked: The bed was comfortable. I can't say anything else positive about this hotel.
Disliked: So: I contacted the hotel through Booking.com to request an earlier check-in. The hotel replied to say this should be ok, but to phone on the day to make sure. I phoned about 8am only to be cut off twice by reception staff. I then phoned again to be told I had to ring at 10 am. This meant when we were in the taxi so I tried but could not get through. We arrived at the hotel to find that this was not possible and we had to wait until 3pm. We went away and came back to find we had to wait until 320pm in their non-airconditioned lobby. We finally got into the room and relaxed. About half an hour later when I was changing a member of staff opened the door and shall we say politely saw more than he bargained for. Things actually got worse - we had put items in the safe while we went out to dinner. When we got back the safe batteries had malfunctioned and closed our stuff inside. We called maintenance and a man (I think the same one!) opened it with a master key and then said are we going to use it again as if so he won't bother replacing the batteries! At this point we were fed up so said yes. We then had the experience of trying to sleep with the really loud aircon - we had to have it operating as the room was unusually hot. In the morning we had breakfast, which was ok but most items barely warm. We then went to relax in our room until taxi pickup. Then the fire alarm sounded - we shot out to go down the stairs only for it to stop. No one was around to let us know and there were people walking around not sure what to do. Then it started again, so we went downstairs to be told it was a 'test'. We asked why we were not informed and the receptionist (the rude one from yesterday) just shrugged her shoulders! It continued going off and on for the next hour - not a pleasant experience as by this time we felt we could not trust the hotel at all. We finally left what was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I will be complaining!

Liked: Easy to find, Excellent for cruise we were taking the next day. LOVE their shuttle at minimum cost. Sigh of relief.Zero negative issues!
