Liked: It was easy to check in.
Disliked: My husband took a shower; the water did not drain from the tub. There was no shampoo jell in the shower. The bathroom handle was broken. Grout was missing in the floor. The counter by my husband's bed was not clean. I am worried that my credit card will get charged for the plumbing issue.I paid 210.00 dollars for this....When I reported this to the front desk, the response was that he was supposed to jiggle the drain because of how the pipes were installed. The housekeeping issues- trouble with keeping and getting reliable staff. And you charged me 210 for this....

Liked: Room was nice. Everything getting a little older but still comfortable. Check in easy. Did not use pool this trip- breakfast had the usual choices. Omelet a little overdone but still tasty and staff at the nice dining area friendly. :-)

Disliked: Our room was dark. The window was blocked by a stucco wall.

Liked: Breakfast was good - location was great for us - price was good. Just had a refrigerator in my room that did not work properly, so that was very inconvenient

Liked: Convenient location. Nice amenities.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable, individual mattress springs were obvious. Mattress long overdue for replacement. Milk at breakfast was curdled, every carton we tried, no matter the date of expiration.
