Horrible experience!

Liked: I love the location of the hotel. And the rates were pretty decent.
Disliked: The staff was not one the same page with communication and dealing with issues. We literally had a shitty situation, with the children of guests above my room flooded their bathroom all night long and leaked down to my room. While at the front desk notifying the staff about what’s happening, the power goes out at the hotel. Two of the employees had a argument with each other right in front of me. The staff attempted to help by putting us on the 3 floor, but I had 2 elderly family members, myself, my baby, my dog, my little sister, and several bags/luggage. We ended up having to leave earlier than expected. I also called twice after we got back to our hometown. Both times I was told that someone will reach out to me and to provide my information, and I never received a call, email or any response. Our experience here was very poor and I would never stay at any Hampton Inn hotels.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, convenient, decent pricing, nice & friendly staff.
Disliked: The room stunk of a fishy odor. Price different from prior booking total. No one was available at the front counter multiple times to check in & out.

Disliked: There was an unpleasant smell in our room. Everything appeared to be clean, but it kind of smelled like dead fish!

Disliked: The shades didn’t come down light shine through the window continually.Curtains didn’t close.

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Booked King Suite, overbooked so switched us to standard King, ice maker out of service. Tv did not work.
