Good

Liked: It was very clean, good breakfast, comfy bed and pillows
Disliked: My family booked this place because it was close to OSR and the kids were really looking forward to swimming in the pool but when we got there on the desk was a sign saying that the pools being renovated just thought it was a weird to do a pool reservation on spring break when people are usually at a hotel. So the kids were disappointed, and we really didn't have much to do besides that..

Disliked: It is an older facility, but it was fine!

Not worth the price we...

Liked: Everyone was friendly.
Disliked: Carpet tiles were not secure, several in our room were loose. An extreme gap in our room door where it could easily be jimmied if someone wanted to. A bunch of teenagers constantly going from various different rooms. Shower floor had a grimy tint to it. Stain on the curtain and hair on the bathroom door. Sticky spots on the floors.

Passable

Liked: The hotel was clean and very nice. Our room was clean and well stocked with towels and wash rags, soap, lotion, shower gel, etc. The room was well lit. Breakfast was on point. There was a good variety to choose from both days we were there. The folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately there was a basketball tourny in town and the teams were at the hotel, so needless to say it was very noisy in the evenings until midnight- ish.Other than that, our stay was excellent.

Defintely be going back to...

Liked: Every Member of Staff was so friendly and really helpful. catered to our every need.

Liked: It was clean and in a good location for what we were there for.
Disliked: Staff was not the friendliest. Conditioner in the bathroom was empty. Hair dryer did not work.

Disliked: The sheets on the bed were too short by only coming up to our shoulders.

Disliked: I'm just disappointed that pets are allowed. When the elevator door opens I do not expect to have two dogs barking at me. How clean can any room or bed be when pets are allowed? At the very minimum they should be restricted to a certain floor only. Pets staying home is the best idea.
