Liked: Bathroom had hair on the floor and we had just gotten there.

Stay was Okay overall

Liked: breakfast was very good, staff were polite and friendly, although the desk area was unattended both when I arrived and when I left.
Disliked: Upon our arrival and departure, we had to wait over 10 minutes for staff assistance. The drainage in the shower of my initial room was backed up, they moved us to another room. the commode in the first bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible urine on the seat. The rooms were smaller than anticipated.

Overall good based on new...

Liked: Breakfast. Comfort. We had a room facing the freeway which was very noisy. They were able to accommodate our request to move rooms for the second night.
Disliked: Room facing the freeway was very noisy. Out AC unit froze and defrosted leaving water on the carpet.
