Liked: It was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had leftovers from a restaurant but no utensils to eat them with. I went to the front desk to inquire about plastic forks, and she had plastic utensils at the ready in a drawer. I appreciated the anticipation of customer needs, no matter how small. The shower was wonderful.
Disliked: Breakfast was just mediocre. The beds were way too hard, and the pillows were awful. The pillows had no support whatsoever.
