Excellent location and will stay...

Liked: Hotel is clean and staff very professional and friendly. Breakfast is good. Location is excellent! The Americana and Galleria with numerous shops and restaurants is right across the hotel. There's a deli and a Yoshinoya next to the hotel.
Disliked: You can hear the street noise despite the windows closed. Housekeeping comes every other day although I think you can request if you want them to come daily.

Liked: Very kind and friendly staff. Attentive to our needs and requests. Good location close to shopping and restaurants. Very nice room with lots of space.
Disliked: Our refrigerator had to be swapped out as it had a broken dial and wouldn't turn on. Faucet in bathroom was leaking all over the counter and floor. The maintenance person was able to replace the faucet and fix the problem.

Would not recommend.

Disliked: We arrived at 6:30pm and were told that the room wasn't ready. We had an event at 7pm. We were given the keys and met a maintenance worker in the bathroom when we got there.
