Liked: Excellent breakfast. Lots of options. We had a member of our family with limited mobility who uses a wheelchair and the hotel was spacious and accessible. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: It is a little pricey being so far from amenities.

Great cozy location with breakfast

Liked: Great location just off the Crowsnest. Rooms are quiet considering its proximity to the highway and railway. We had a king suite. Lots of room. Good breakfast choices. Restaurant next door and Tim’s/Subway within walking distance. Second time we’ve stayed there and we would return again.
Disliked: Not a dislike but just a suggestion for the hotel - a kettle, dish towels and dish soap in the kitchen would be nice.

Liked: All in all it was a great place to stay!
Disliked: Other than getting stuck in the elevator, and the fridge freezing all our food in it (there was no temperature control to fix this), it was a great experience!

Was worth the money

Liked: The room was large and modern. Very comfortable
Disliked: The only complaint i have is that the towels are a little small for large guest
