Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Legacy Park-Frisco

Right from the start, the staff were friendly and helpful. Cookies await you at check-in. We needed regular coffee, not decaf and they brought some to our room along with a shower cap. Upon check out they kept our luggage so we would not have it in our car while we finished up our day before heading home. Beautiful walk to Dr. Pepper Center for an event. Breakfast was good and they had everything you could ever want: eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, fresh fruit, waffles...

Liked: Clean, location, price. Nice room.
Disliked: The elevators did not work properly. My husband and I had to take the stairs. And another couple followed me to the stairs and the wife of the couple tripped on the dark paint on the stairs. The heat was horrible on the 4 flights is stairs. Only 1 elevator available and the door closed as I walked out of it and hit my left elbow. Ice machine was out of order on our floor 4th. We could take the elevator so we had to take stairs to 3 rd floor.

Poor customer service

Disliked: Didn’t like that I had to wait over an hour and a half to check into my room, didn’t like hearing from the staff that they were working on the room because someone left it so trashy! Management was poor lack of communication. Asked for a partial refund since we had to wait so long for our room to be ready only to be told they couldn’t do that.
