Hampton Inn always our favorite!...

Liked: Location, friendly staff, breakfast
Disliked: Our door wouldn’t secure, the carpet on the fourth floor was so bad you couldn’t hardly roll your luggage. The elevator sounded like an old building in New York City

Liked: The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. Especially the southwestern style omelettes
Disliked: The beds were not very comfortable. There were gross looking stains on the couch and carpets. The hallway was extremely hot and humid. For the price and Hilton affiliation you would think it would be a better stay with how expensive it was compared to the other hotels. This is our fourth stay in the area and the holiday inn has been the better choice so far.

Disliked: The fridge had a huge block of ice and was difficult to close. Cold air blew in from around the ac system. And the red chair in the room was disgusting.

Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great.

Very poor

Liked: There was no hot water. I was told the maintenance got was off on weekends and he wouldn’t answer his phone. A lady came through and said it was mechanical, but don’t tell anyone. The front desk said it would be 1/2 hour and an hour later I heard him tell one guest the same thing. You should have maintenance people available 24-7, not just weekdays.
