Liked: Location, cleanliness, amenities, staff.
Disliked: Beds were not very comfortable. Trouble sleeping.

Liked: Location. It was near our car rental return.
Disliked: The music starting at 12:30

Disliked: Pool was not the cleanest, it was definitely not heated and super small. No hot tub. Bummer

Liked: The facility was designed to provide an environment that would be suitable for people
Disliked: The staff treated my family and I like we were all criminals felt very uncomfortable were told by the manager that he looked up where I stay my nephew and children were being asked if the stay there when asked for room service. Were told no we couldn’t get room service unless we ask 24 hr in advance but we just checked in and ask for room service such as toilet paper and soap and fresh linen etc…. I’ve never been so humiliated in my life my kids said that they were being watched and stared at We all felt unwelcome and uncomfortable
