Liked: The location was perfect and the included breakfast was okay
Disliked: Couldn’t really rest due to our room being right next to the pool

Disliked: The blinds didn’t shut (were electric since it was a handicapped room) so we were kept awake all night by the outside lights.

Liked: Good hotel. great day time receptionist she made me feel welcome she was informative and did her job quickly
Disliked: At 3:00 a.m., there was a fire we had to evacuate the hotel. I felt like the hotel staff could have done a better job. People were just wondering the parking lot dazed and confused there were no updates, no information, no communication whatsoever.

Liked: The cleanliness and the kind staff.
Disliked: It was somewhat noisy in the room. It was a sound much like an elevator moving or muffled air craft but we werent near the elevator or on the top floor so I couldnt figure out what it was.

Disliked: Room we stayed has the issue with bathroom , water is clogged and its overflown . Someone came and fixed it and its still had same issue in the morning. We informed the staff but no one came to address it. All of us have to use the restroom downstairs
