No cups in room -...

Liked: Away from the fray, clean safe area not in heart of Vegas —but close enough to drive to hospital to visit family.
Disliked: No cups in the room. I called the front desk and inquired- we don’t provide cups, they said.So, am I to put my face under the faucet to rinse the toothpaste out like a dog? We have coffee cups here she said. So are you going to bring us some?Not at all the Hampton standard I have come to love. No cups? We even have a one cup coffee maker almost on the floor beneath the TV, and… you guessed it NO CUPS.

Overall great experience.

Liked: Location great!. Front desk worker Excellent! Breakfast good! Room was modern and very comfortable!
Disliked: Arrived for check in and their computers were down (June 20, 2025 into June 21, 2025) so front office staff could not check us in. He kept trying to get the computers working but was not able to. We waited for over an hour to get checked and my wife was falling asleep on a chair because our flight arrived to Vegas at 11pm and we got to the hotel a little before midnight. Eventually the front office staff manually let us into our room at around 1:30AM and we were so tired (did not get to bed until after 2:00AM). He did his best to accommodate us but it was definitely an inconvenience.

Was there for family gathering....

Disliked: My room 412 make a really loud sound when the air start running very loud i can’t sleep 💤 but the rest of the facilities are good

Liked: Room was great, staff was great, location was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was good but scrambled eggs should be daily. Not everyone likes or can eat eggs with cheese. Pillows were terrible.
