Fun winter getaway

Liked: Love the location to town and close to the lake. The pool and hot tub were great for a snowy trip
Disliked: Was surprised the parking lot wasn’t maintained as well as o thought with all the snow.

Liked: Breakfast food was mostly cold when it should have been hot. I was not able to control temp in my room, it was constantly hot. Staff sent someone who didn’t speak English to look at unit and I was annoyed that we were unable to communicate to fix the problem. I slept w/the window open for 3 days in March. Christmas music playing in lobby in February was annoying. Location was great, room was clean.
Disliked: Front desk controls guest room temperature which is nuts. Food at breakfast was cold when it s/h been hot. Parking lot was not plowed. It was extra icy and dangerous, and while they had heavy equipment in the parking lot they were just moving piles of snow from one place to another, but the driveway remained a major hazard. Nothing was shoveled, except a path to the dumpsters for the staff to use.
