Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Lake Mary At Colonial Townpark

Liked: The closeness to restaurants, stores, shops - walking distance. The cleanliness of my room; polite and friendly staff.
Disliked: No negative comments.

Liked: Refrig wasn’t cooling as we thought it should. Thermostat was difficult to figure out.

Disliked: Beds, pillows, cleanliness were just terrible. Bathtub was peeling, work was done clearly cheap, it looked like it was not cleaned in years, there was black mold in the fridge, sheets and towels were not very clean and looked very old. Very disappointed to be honest.
