The staff were really approachable...

Liked: The welcome message was heart-warming. Also, they helped me make sure I got my lost luggage (airline's fault). And finally, I was so embarrassed that I had a little accident during a breakfast and i stained one of the chairs. I told the front desk and they were kind enough to say not to worry about it. They were really helpful.
Disliked: Nothing I can say much really. I was not able to use the facilities because we didn't stay there long enough. However, I took a peek and I think they were okay.

Exceptional

Liked: It was quiet and clean.

Bad

Nice but not as clean...

Liked: It was close to where we needed to be for a wedding.
Disliked: It is a little worn and needs some updates. We have stayed in nicer Hampton’s and this one needs some work. Carpet in our room had black hair, needed a good vacuum or carpet replaced.

Pleasant

Liked: I loved the location, and the cleanliness.
Disliked: No hot water, only one elevator worked, and they doubled charged me, and my door kept getting stuck and the key card wouldn’t read.

My stay at the Hampton...

Liked: The front desk clerk was exceptional and super friendly. The room was clean and enough space for me and my family.
Disliked: The cost of the room was a little on the high end.

Disliked: My booking was cancelled for no show and booked with 3rd party and 3rd party did not disclose yall policy details on checking in.Booking.com have checking in at 3pm and checking out at 11am next day on website and does not disclose checking in next day is considered a NO SHOW. Very disappointing to be charged that type of money for NO service.
