We had a great time,...

Liked: Breakfast was great, loved the selections! Kids loved the pool.
Disliked: Our shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty, but we were able to get some more the next morning.

We had a fun relaxing...

Liked: We enjoyed the salt water pool and the complimentary breakfast was great with many choices
Disliked: Dogs were barking outside our room late at night.

Liked: Great location, value price on my stay. This hotel has a decent variety of breakfast options. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and mostly quiet throughout my entire stay.
Disliked: Had to double check to see that room refrigerator was working. It seems the way the mini fridge is positioned you can't tell if it's on or not nor view the cord to plug in unless you use a flashlight on the power outlet area.

Excessive noise due to an...

Liked: Motel and location are fine
Disliked: Hampton inns and suites @ Kittery Maine. Their room 217 is located directly beside the pool vent, an industrial fan that emits a mechanical drone that is very loud. This single room is noisy. Room 217 should not be assigned to customers as it defeats the quiet rest patrons expect. Tried to change room and was denied. Excessive noise is an issue when my room is full price and people across the hall pay the same and have quiet rooms. Just not fair to the victims and a bad sleep obtained there from.Richard Burchill.
