Liked: Property was nice. Room was good size and very spacious. Breakfast was great!
Disliked: We didn’t like the fact that our room smelled like wet dog type of smell and smells like urine odor. Rug need to be vacuum or cleaned because walking on it barefoot, next thing I notice my foot was black and dirty. Other than that it’s a great property. We loved the breakfast

Disliked: I found the service provided by the lady working at the hot breakfast area to be unsatisfactory.

Liked: We liked the breakfast, and actually walked from John Wayne Airport with minor baggage.
Disliked: When we arrived, th room we booked had a wet spot on the carpet by the bed, and half of the mattress was wet. It was odd, and not from the ceiling. We contacted the front desk, and they placed us in another room. Quick, attentive service at 11 pm!

Liked: A group of us stay every year for the Newport Beach Jazz Festival. The location and value is great. We also enjoyed the included breakfast and Happy Hour on Friday night. We will be back next year.
