Overall stay was very good...

Liked: It was at a good location in town
Disliked: It was being remodeled & dining room area was small due remodel

The management doesn’t care about...

Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: The door was somehow latched from the inside. This was around 9 o’clock Saturday night. We couldn’t get in the room. I went downstairs to let the staff know she called the manager/owner. He said to put us in another room for the night and he would handle it in the morning. Our family pet was locked inside and hadn’t been to the bathroom in several hours. The staff called a different manager who sent her a video to possibly help open the door after calling them both back and letting them know we were unsuccessful. they told her that they would not come up that night two guys that were working in the hotel came by and tried to open it as well. It was frustrating because no one wanted to help. When we spoke to management about it the next morning he was extremely unconcern. His response was it was the middle of the night and no one was coming up there. I will never stay at this establishment again.
