Staff great, but overall not...

Disliked: The room smelled, floors dirty, pool was not clear and very stuffy, omelets were like eating rubber, tv didn’t work several times.

Disliked: Requested a crib for our infant, never received it. The front desk staff didn't know what a crib was or where to find it for us.. we had to manage without it.

Disliked: Upon checking in, my room was in a state of disarray. I had to wait at the counter for six minutes before the attendant arrived. Unfortunately, she was unable to hear anyone entering due to the blaring television in front of her in the back. After checking in, I proceeded to my room, only to find hair on the bed and in the shower. There were also stains on the pullout couch and the floor, which resembled blood. The window curtain was broken, preventing me from raising or lowering it. The pool remained unopened, and a sign indicated that guests who stayed more than a day should request housekeeping services. Despite not having requested housekeeping, we discovered that they had been in our room. They had left one coffee cup on the table, which we had used the two cups that was there prior to checking in that morning. This led us to believe that they were searching for something to steal. As a result, I will not be returning to this property, as it was an extremely unpleasant experience. Upon checking in, my room was in a state of disarray.
