We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The staff was friendly and very helpful even when my son called the desk just to use the landline phone.
Disliked: The beds were a bit hard. The indoor pool was not heated.

Very good and the staff...

Liked: Food was very good, plenty of it and even though my wife is allergic to peppers of any sort the nutricianist personally fixed her items she could eat that were not on the regular menu.
Disliked: Location was a little hard to find in the beginning but there was plenty of parking and once you learned the way in, it was no longer a challenge.

Liked: Sunday's check out receptionist was awesome. I met her my last leisure stay with my husband. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: The check in receptionists were not helpful. I ended up being charged double damage charges before check in. The room was comfortable,but I would have liked more privacy. The desk was not something I was expecting. A wall in that space of the suite would have been better.

Liked: Everything was superb. Nice, clean, breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: My fridge didn't get cold had to buy a cooler for my insulin was told they was gonna trade it out but it never happened

Liked: This hotel is in a great location. The staff here are amazing.Hotel employee is always very friendly and welcoming every time I stay. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good.
