Very good

Liked: Room was clean. Easy to control the temperature and quiet.
Disliked: Pool was too cold.

Superb

Liked: Great staff! Friendly and willing to please when we asked for extra chairs and towels. Breakfast was good. The location was great!

It was absolutely terrible

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Lots of construction and renovating going around. Walls were super thin. You could hear everything and all the other rooms. there was fighting about us all night both nights. The mattress was really hard, and the pillows were super soft. All of us woke up with backache both days. We were there their linens and their towels were super scratchy. Nothing was comfortable. I have been in better hotels for when I paid there. We will never be going back.

Liked: Beds were uncomfortable, towels felt like sand paper and had to make a noise complaint because we were hearing people yelling at each other while we were trying to sleep. My husband and I brought our kids with us and it was not good.

Liked: The room was very nice. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: There was no working ice machines. The pool and Jacuzzi were closed due to renovations and I did not see anything posted about that prior to booking. We were looking forward to using those. Also asked for some towels and they were never brought to our room, after several hours I had asked again for them. Then they were brought.
