Liked: I appreciated the friendliness of all of the staff members we encountered, from the gentleman at valet parking to the ladies at the front desk. The hotel's location is ideal for attending concerts at The Peace Center, and the parking garage felt safe and secure.
Disliked: My card was charged more than what was quoted on booking.com, presumably because the hotel added a "destination fee." As I drove only 100 miles through my native state to arrive at this "destination," I am perplexed that I have become responsible for a special fee that I did not agree to pay.

Liked: Location- but other hotel also in this location. Friendly and helpful breakfast and valet staff (though I did not pay to use valet service).
Disliked: Room was not as pictured online which was one reason I chose this hotel over others. Front desk and management upon check-in day could have provided better service recovery for the concern and dissatisfaction I reported. Breakfast options were fair
