Fantastic staff and breakfast omelettes!

Liked: Staff was super friendly. Candice made sure we received a list of local eateries. The gentleman making the breakfast made the BEST Mini Western Omelets we ever ate! Delicious! Nice fittness center. The little store in the hotel was nice.
Disliked: We could hear the family above us running and walking above us.

Overall a pleasant 3-day stay.

Liked: Staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable, with all appliances working.
Disliked: Room heating unit was noisy (turned it off at night). Treadmills in fitness center not working (one worked partially, but no incline).

Disliked: Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Shower had extremely poor water pressure r/t broken faucet.

Disliked: Not very clean, pool was dirty as well and the pool restroom was a mess

Disliked: The manager was extremely rude when I didn’t understand when I book 2 rooms why they aren’t put next to each to begin with and she told me that I’m using the wrong app and it’s my fault. She then refused to even book my rooms after this and I had to find another hotel. I won’t be visiting any Hampton’s especially this one again.

Liked: My kids, wife, and I really enjoyed the beds and sheets. We forgot to adjust the thermostat during a winter storm and were still warm enough to sleep comfortably.
Disliked: Had to park at the back of the building. Not a big deal due to having a gooseneck I planned on parking a distance away so not really much to say for this category.
