Liked: I had room 225 ( 2nd floor). In the elevator there were signs that said “ 2nd floor under renovation, construction crew only”. This is confusing right from the start. Our room keys did not work. After three trips to the desk she had to let us in.

Liked: Great staff when checking in.
Disliked: We stayed over Saturday night. Sunday morning at 7 they were using power equipment drills etc in the facility extremely loud. Unsure why they would be doing construction first thing on a Sunday morning

Our stay was wonderful and...

Liked: The property was clean, and in a good location. The breakfast and staff were especially wonderful. I even loved the bath products. Everything about our stay felt like such a treat!
Disliked: Nothing.

The location suited our reason...

Liked: Good location for our purposes in the area. Breakfast was pretty good though our first morning experience was better than the second where the steam table food (eggs, sausage, etc) wasn't hot. Front desk personnel were very friendly.
Disliked: Horrible pillows on the bed (old and flat), while in the shower found the shampoo container empty, facility is showing its age (apparently renovations are underway), need walk-in showers and chair height toilets (after all the majority of travelers are full-grown adults), the king bed (though the linens seemed to be for a queen bed) was dangerously close to the heat/AC unit creating a tripping hazard at night, the heat/AC is TOO LOUD, snacks available for purchase are overpriced.
