Keeping doing the little things
Liked: The peace of mind the room gave me!
Disliked: It was a problem with checking inn i thought it took long, then usually and they couldn't do the booking through booking because they did know if it was pay at check inn or if I was charged which I wasn't because it was booked as pay at check inn.. also wasn't impressed with breakfast as I felt the person didn't do a good job with making a good impression for breakfast, feel they need to put more passion into the breakfast morning experience.

will never stay there again
Liked: I booked two rooms for my brother and my sister to stay while visiting. They liked the hotel overall bur staff was horrible including manager not being available when the asked to speak to a manager they were told he does not want to be disturbed. I have never heard abt customer service being this bad anyway I will never book another room there and I will definitely let me friends and family know. The management and staff of this hotel should be ashamed of the poor customer service they provided. It seem they don't care if they get business or not
Disliked: Staff communication and service. My brother was not informed that they had to asked for the room to be cleaned on day 2 when they asked why the room was not clean in the evening when they went back to the hotel and if they could have a few towels sent up to their room they were faced with staff being rude saying they did not ask for the room to be cleaned and they could come get towels themselves if they needed clean ones while a cleaning staff was available in the lobby and could have taken the towels to their room. When they asked to talk to a manager the staff said he is not available can't be disturbed...
