Liked: We loved the location. The place was clean with the exception of a previous visitor's bag of trash under the sink. Breakfast was good for being free.

Liked: The continental breakfast was outstanding and delious, but could have been opened until 11a
Disliked: The suite was not as nice as I thought it would be. The furniture looked old and outdated.

Liked: Coffee pot didn’t work either day. Not enough towels in the room for a suite. Unprofessional lady at the front desk Saturday morning, informing her of the towel and coffee pot situation. I’m assuming they never replaced the coffee pot very dirty underneath therefore no coffee in the room either day. Very disappointed! We stayed there attending a wedding at the Marriott. Also, I thought there was a shuttle service. Otherwise we would’ve stayed elsewhere.

Room was comfy but way...
Liked: Facility was clean, liked that there was breakfast. The attendant at the breakfast area was very nice. Actually the nicest employee we came across.
Disliked: It was noisy, all hours of the night people were in the halls making noise. elevator was slow, desk people acted like they didn't know what they were doing. They couldn't make change, and didn't even let us know that our pizza had arrived and was setting at the desk. employees couldn't speak English. we asked them where the stairs were and they couldn't tell us.AND THE MOST ANNOYING PART WAS WE HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING! WHO'S BRIGHT IDEA WAS THAT. WE WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN, ESPECIALLY IF WE HAD TO STAY MORE THAN TWO DAYS, PARKING ALONE WILL KILL THE BUDGET.

Very disappointing amenities and service...
Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: The pool and fitness room were unavailable. Only one elevator was working the entire stay. Elevator and parking garage were dirty. No conditioner available in bathroom even after request. Only skim milk available for breakfast. Unhelpful front desk staff. Someone named Parker reached out that they were going to call. That never happened. Hard to believe this is affiliated with the Hilton brand.
