Liked: The room was very clean and spacious
Disliked: Paying $18 a night for parking. The hotel overcharged me. I had to call the hotel to get a refund. Check your credit card after you check out.

Great for medical visits!

Liked: I stay here every year when I go to my annual Epilepsy doctor appointment at Spectrum (Corewell). It’s so close to all the hospitals and the customer service is always great.
Disliked: Nothing. Serves the purpose (place to sleep) every year.

Liked: We loved the location. The place was clean with the exception of a previous visitor's bag of trash under the sink. Breakfast was good for being free.

Disliked: The suite was not as nice as I thought it would be. The furniture looked old and outdated.

Liked: Coffee pot didn’t work either day. Not enough towels in the room for a suite. Unprofessional lady at the front desk Saturday morning, informing her of the towel and coffee pot situation. I’m assuming they never replaced the coffee pot very dirty underneath therefore no coffee in the room either day. Very disappointed! We stayed there attending a wedding at the Marriott. Also, I thought there was a shuttle service. Otherwise we would’ve stayed elsewhere.
