Disliked: Held $100 from my credit card and it's still not released back to me 5 days later. The front desk clerk didn't know where the Ralph was.

Liked: Easy check-in. We got in late & we had a keys quickly. Very informative staff.
Disliked: Breakfast ended at 9am. We didn't know. Most places we stay are 10am. Will definitely double check next time.
