Disliked: Held $100 from my credit card and it's still not released back to me 5 days later. The front desk clerk didn't know where the Ralph was.

We had a great weekend....

Liked: Breatfast was good. The temperature was easy to control in our room.
Disliked: The breakfast hours were too early - another hour would have allowed for our sleepy kids to eat a proper breakfast. The seating in the lobby was a nice place for our group to gather to visit, but the cushions were stained (as it was the same area used for breakfast).

Liked: Easy check-in. We got in late & we had a keys quickly. Very informative staff.
Disliked: Breakfast ended at 9am. We didn't know. Most places we stay are 10am. Will definitely double check next time.
