Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Franklin Berry Farms Tn

My stay was wonderful no complaints and it was less than 5 minutes to Ag Center where I attended TN State Wrestling Championship to watch my grandchildren compete. Everything was really clean and I was impressed with how quiet the halls and my room were. Breakfast was also a hit! I'll definitely stay again!

Beautiful building but poor management...

Liked: The outside looked beautiful.
Disliked: We had a first floor room and it smelled musty inside. There were signs of water damage throughout the room. The pool was disgusting. My Wife, 2 year old son and myself had a long road trip and my son loved swimming in pools so we stayed at the here because the pool looked clean and the rooms looked clean but they were not. The pool had leaves, mold and mildew throughout it and it looked poorly maintained. The entrance also had a musty smell as if there was water damage in it also. I feel who ever manages this hotel does not know what they are doing. It is a shame because the architecture and structure of the hotel are beautiful but it is poorly maintained and maintenance is EVERYTHING!!!
