Remodeled, but not thought out
Liked: Location
Disliked: It's been remodeled and missing some key features which we liked in the suite. The 2 mirrors were a key feature we liked...now only 1 mirror and a picture over 2nd sink. Towels no longer in the bathroom (convenient), now under sink outside of shower area. (Also, elevator still broken)

Underwhelmed is an understatement.
Liked: The staff (housekeeping, front desk, and waitress) are great and ready to assist 👍. Breakfast was good 👍 Clean room upon arrival.
Disliked: My room was never cleaned during my stay. The AC noise is too much. I had to turn it off and struggle with heat; hence, I didn't sleep well. I booked a king room, and I had nothing close to that. The TV needs an upgrade.

Everything was great except the...
Liked: Beds were very comfortable. Our stay was good
Disliked: It was going under remodel and had to use stairs. It was hard going up and down stairs to and from the third floor in heels.
