Disappointed is all I can...

Liked: The location was pet friendly even though the fee was $75 for a 3 lb dog
Disliked: The beds were horrible and the rooms were hot. There was also a $75 pet fee when I arrived to the facility 5 hours away from home after 8 at night with no way to find another room. This should be noted in the pet policy. $75 is a lot to pay after I have already paid over $300 just to sleep for the night and had o know the rooms were hot and the beds were hard as a brick I would have found another hotel. We arrived after 8 PM and checked out a little after 8 the next morning and it was nearly $400. We were already traveling for a family emergency and this just caused more stress. I understand having a pet fee but $75 is ridiculous. I wouldn’t mind paying a pet deposit but check your room and see that my dog didn’t do any harm and refund a part of it. That is absurd and the rooms were not that clean at all there was hair in the tub and dirt around the sink in the kitchen and the vanity out side the bathroom had to be cleaned. Was not worth the money at all!!!

Clean and comfortable hotel

Liked: Good hot coffee is available all day. The staff was very friendly and helpful in finding dining options. Hotel is close to the University.
Disliked: The breakfast options were a little sparse. The fruit looked wilted and the breads were not replenished even 2 hours before breakfast ended. Fix the elevator. On more than one occasion I had to wait for next elevator. Offer non-pork meats for breakfast. Better lighting in the rooms. There is only one small light at the desk and no lighting on the side table on the other side of the TV. The $549 was a little high for a hotel with little amenities and no attractions nearby,
