Liked: Easy on/off to 95, breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was SUPER loud; we heard multiple cars and trucks going by throughout the night which resulted in little sleep. The room also looked old and run down, with many fixtures in the room looking dingy, especially in the bathroom. Definitely not the quality we’re used to from Hampton Inns. Finally, we’re Hilton honors members but were told we couldn’t receive points for the stay because we booked through Booking.com..? We’ve never encountered this issue in the past and we even stayed at another Hampton Inn a week after this booking and had no issues with receiving our points there.
