Liked: It seemed clean and had a great view if facing the mountains
Disliked: The pool was a little cold

Liked: gals providing the breakfast were great
Disliked: No place to put the clothes for 4 people but the floor. Yes the floor. The little basket fit half of the 5 year olds needs.4 things can hang in the mini closet.We were told if we wanted to stay more than a night or two that we should have gone for a different ling stay hotel. We stayed 4 nights. Didnt get a room clean until we asked at day 3. One of the gals at the front desk should not be in customer interaction.

Not friendly or helpful.

Disliked: One male desk person was busy on personal phone and seemed bothered when you asked for anything. food was not replenished at breakfast and staff were not friendly when asking for the food to be replenished. Had back issues every night on the mattress. ended up sleeping on the floor by the third night

Liked: We got checked in quick. The beds were decent. The room was quiet. Breakfast was average.
Disliked: Not one of the USB ports in the room worked. Called to front desk and they said no one was available to look at them. So we had to spend $20 at the gas station to get USB adapter plugs to plug into the wall sockets.

Very nice hotel. But charges...

Liked: We feel it’s not appropriate to charge us for parking at a hotel. This hotel did that.You are a well respected chain in f hotels and if you need the extra money we feel you should just raise the cost per night in that amount. Charging a fee for parking is tacky.

Passable

Liked: You should have sports channels. We missed the final four March madness game on Saturday. Very upsetting.

Liked: very nice, large new room (king suite).
Disliked: Healthier options for breakfast (e.g. real scrambled eggs without the fake cheese), better utensils (the cheap plastic utensils were small and flimsy).
