Liked: Location was good. Front desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: Pool area was dark, dirty and smelled very strongly of chlorine. Hot tub was luke warm. Rooms could've been cleaner. Bed was hard.

Excellent staff, great location, and...

Liked: Staff were amazing! Kayla, the manager, was extraordinary! She was a great communicator, excellent at validating concerns and rectified situations very quickly. And....she worked alot that weekend, as it was very busy and she knew the staff needed breaks. Top notch way to supervise and run a "well oiled" hotel. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great!
Disliked: Could have been a little cleaner. Slight stains on blankets, floor didn't appear to be cleaned well. Light switches and other frequently touched areas were dirty (I cleaned them myself).
