Disliked: Asked for cleaning room service on the front desk, they never did it. The bathroom had like mold on the floor and bath.

Disliked: The rest were great EXCEPT the lady in the lobby breakfast. We stayed there for 5 days ( we didnt see her today) Bet 7/5-7/9 breakfast hours, she never greet us, she is slamming everything ( cabinet, serving spoons etc) like she dont want us to eat ( which we paid for it) she look mad and not a single day that she did show customer service approach. Someone dropped something and she said “omg! “ And talk to someone in their language ( not English, sounds like hispanic/puerto Rican) On our first day, I asked assistance on the pancake dispenser and she sounded irritated and mad. We never enjoyed our breakfast due to her , she watches us when we are grabbing food with no emotions. The rest were great! Front desk were awesome and accommodating esp the Day shifts staff.
