Disliked: Hotel staff was unprepared and rude answering my questions and complaints about lack of housekeeping, specially the front desk agent, who was disrespectifull with me and my family.

Good experience. Would recommend for...

Liked: It was a good spot to stay between the Cleveland airport and Oberlin for our college tour. We were easily able to check in around 1:30 AM due to a late flight. Our shower was surprisingly great!
Disliked: Rooms are a little older and could use some TLC. I felt the cost was a little high for this facility, but it felt safe overall.
