Liked: The bolt lock in roomDidn’t work, which made my 80 yr old mom place a chair upside down against the wall. Room 409. Other than that everything else was great!

Liked: Heidi Jo on arriving was fantastic!
Disliked: Lack of service. Meaning having to go down for extras such as towels. Breakfast items were terrible. Person working clearly unhappy with her job. Disabled amenities lacking. $400 for 2 nights…..we expected a bit better accommodations.

Liked: The property was awesome I gave bad ratings because of booking . I booked through booking.com and it said my reservation was confirmed. I got to the property and they couldn’t find my reservation. I had to call customer service I explained what was going on and they said that the property had problems receiving my reservation. If that was the case why didn’t booking.com notify me of that so I had to cancel my reservation with them and book through Hampton inn and suites thankfully there was rooms available the staff was really friendly but my experience with booking.com was horrible and I don’t know why they make it so hard to fin their customer service phone #
