Liked: Great staff & security guard!!! Immaculate property!!!

Clean and comfortable hotel

Disliked: Shower room sliding doors and the floor a bit slippery

Liked: Cleanliness. The little touches in the room- decor, soap dishes, toilet paper thickness, shower was fantastic. The night manager opened the hot tub for us just after close as we were 2 adults that had a long day of watching sports and arrived back at the hotel late. It was perfect and just what we needed.
Disliked: We weren't impressed with check in. The staff at check-in gave us zero information. Didn't direct us to the elevator to get to our room, nothing about where breakfast would be, where the pool/gym was, wifi- absolutely zero information.

Superb

Liked: The location was great for us as it is just off of the Antheny Hendeay freeeway and 3 minutes to St Albert. Popeyes is right next door if interested plus easy access to other favs.

Disappointed

Liked: breakfast was nice
Disliked: The bathroom door is horrendous. It is a sliding door that does not close or latch. Privacy is important for many when using the toilet, but none exists. It may as well have had nothing there at all. There is also no fan if you wish to use it to aid in privacyAlso, I’d asked in advance for an extra blanket and wine glasses in our room, and they were not there. In the photos of the room, it looked like our room would have a seating area. And there was nothing. There was space for it but is was Just empty space. There was no chair or couch or even a small tabl.e This was also disappointing since I’d wanted us to be able to play an evening game and enjoy conversation with each other. We’d come to EDM for a special occasion, and this stay was to be a special part of it. I even chose to pay more than other hotels so we would have this in our room. Instead, it was just two beds with a big void on one side of the room. I was very let down, and I will not return.
