Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Durham North I-85

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We will stay there again and I will tell my family and friends to stay there. Our stay was very pleasant.

Liked: The room was clean; staff was very helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft. Single bed pillows on a king size bed.

Liked: Great room; good location; enjoyed it very nice!

Liked: Very nice and clean and an excellent breakfast. The ladies in the breakfast area were very pleasant.

Hotel was great. The suite was roomy, clean, modern and very well laid out. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also good. Very close to DPAC for an awesome show.

My absentminded, expensive, disaster of...

Liked: I left my camera backpack on the floor under my chair after breakfast. After my travel, I couldn't find my camera equipment anywhere. The staff found it, kept it safe, packed it securely and shipped it within hours of my panic call. All arrived home in great condition. So kind, reassuring and helpful to me. I will seek out ways to support companies that have employees with this amount of care and follow-up service.
Disliked: Nothing.

If you going to Durham...

Liked: Everything. Seemed new,staff was exceptional. Extremely quiet and great room
Disliked: TV was to left of bed instead against the wall at the foot of the bed. TVhad two remotes which was confusing. No other complaints.

Fine for short stay.

Liked: Bed and room comfortable. We could walk to the Duke women’s softball field. Bar/restaurant across the street, while not very good food, at least was within quick walking distance.
Disliked: Breakfast and coffee were pretty bad.
