Disliked: My room was not ready and check in, I had to wait 2 hours in the lobby after a very long day. The website specifically said bedroom 1 queen bed, bedroom 2 queen bed, however, there were not separate bedrooms. The suite consisted of a long counter separating the beds from a couch. No additional privacy for sleeping.The coffee in the lobby was cold and the bathtub made loud noises every time you moved in the shower. The room was not as described. The staff were blunt and rude about not having the room available at check in, rather than trying to be accommodating and polite.

Liked: breakfast was good. The bacon was amazingly thin! The night we checked in - the restaurant - Happy Teriyaki - was recommended by the staff. Excellent food and attentive service from the staff was greatly appreciated.

Disliked: No one came to do house keeping or bring fresh towels or pick up our trash .I had to keep hunting for the staff if I had a question the bathroom fan was broken looked like the bathrooms were not cleaned but the beds were comfortable
