The service was amazing. They were very accomodating, especially for Ultra weekend. They kept the pools open late and constantly checked up on the rooms to make sure that we had everything we needed. Really couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Definitely coming back next year!
Liked: Comfortable, clean and has everything you need.
Disliked: Could have used a mini fridge and/or microwave in the room.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I requested early check-in; she couldn't guarantee anything. However, as soon as the room was available, she sent an email to advise... we checked in a ½ hour earlier. Very grateful!
Disliked: The check-in lobby/desk is on the 6th floor.....that was different.

Everything except the assistant guest...
Liked: Room and location was great super comfortable and accessible.
Disliked: The Assistant Guest Manager, Deidre Barquero. On the day of mi arrival in the morning, the charge for the room was done and approved. I arrived late to the hotel to find out my card was blocked for safety by my bank. The next day my bank told me that the hotel charge was already process, it was future charges I was not able to make. I go downstairs to front desk, early morning, and the front desk clerk tells me its OK, since it appeared paid, so I went about my day. When I arrived late that night, the assistant guest manager tells me they need to verify the card, which I did earlier that day and everything was fine. She ended up charging me again for the entire stay, so I paid for the hotel stay twice. She told me I did not follow instructions and she had to charge for the room. The room was already paid for. At check out I had the opportunity to speak to the front office manager to explain how horrible the assistant guest manager treated me that night. He was kind to listen and also to acknowledge that yes, the room was paid for at my arrival and there was no need for that second charge. he did a reversal but transactions take time, so it was an entire week where my cards were charge twice.
