The service was amazing. They were very accomodating, especially for Ultra weekend. They kept the pools open late and constantly checked up on the rooms to make sure that we had everything we needed. Really couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Definitely coming back next year!

Liked: Comfortable, clean and has everything you need.
Disliked: Could have used a mini fridge and/or microwave in the room.

I'll never come back

Liked: I liked an employee called Alberto, who was the only reason why we were able to remain a few days
Disliked: WiFi is provided with a convoluted login that does not really work. I spent many hours trying to get it working and I am an engineer.Also most of the breakfast was unhealthy.

Liked: Staff was wonderful
Disliked: Room smelled heavily of men's cologne. Neither myself or husband wear stuff like that and caused a migraine for the whole stay

Pleasant Place

Liked: Room was very good, clean, specious and neat. Breakfast was excellent and tasty. Location of the hotel is excellent despite it is in a busy area but parking is available and very easy to access.
Disliked: Nothing

Hotel itself for a night...

Liked: We stayed at this property a week earlier and it was clean with polite helpful staff.
Disliked: The cleaning crew was really loud with some man yelling at others. We had paid for extra hours stay (which is extremely expensive here) and had to listen to all the yelling of staff back and forth while we were trying to take a nap as had late flight later.
