Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Downtown Miami/Brickell

The service was amazing. They were very accomodating, especially for Ultra weekend. They kept the pools open late and constantly checked up on the rooms to make sure that we had everything we needed. Really couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Definitely coming back next year!

Liked: Comfortable, clean and has everything you need.
Disliked: Could have used a mini fridge and/or microwave in the room.

Decent short stay

Disliked: Ice machine was broke on my floor,wall outlets not working in my room,thought it was the iron,iron was replaced,but it was still the wall outlets,had to plug iron into the lamp outlet.Pillows are awful,requested more to stay propped up to watch television,not good for someone who cant lay flat from medical issues.

Liked: Location, most of the staff, cleanliness, view, room, and we felt safe.
Disliked: The bartender (female). We saw her walk around the bar counter and greet her friend. Then saw her make drinks for customers and pouring the leftover drink in a cup and give it to her friend. We saw it happen a few times but no big deal. Then on my wife’s drink she made, she poured her friend a cup then to make my wife’s drink look full she filled it up with simple syrup. The drink was terrible. We paid the tab and I went straight to a manager because I didn’t want to cause trouble at the bar. The manager said he couldn’t do anything about the bar. And I overpaid for my drinks bc I didn’t ask how much a double was. I assumed it was a normal price but what I paid for the double was ridiculously high.
