Nice hotel conveniently located by Des Moines Civic Center, etc.

Liked: The room was nice and the breakfast had a nice variety.
Disliked: The pool. The chlorine was too high and complaints were ignored.

Added fees and not working...

Liked: Pool and hot tub were broken. Staff was unfriendly. Got our bill at check out and they charged us $75 for a pet fee for a small dog, for one night. Good location tho. Breakfast meh.

Loved the facility but didn’t...

Liked: Loved the location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very clean.
Disliked: Both of the front desk people were not very friendly or welcoming.
