Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Denver Downtown Convention Center

From the moment we arrived, the valet parkers were very friendly and helpful. The front desk person, Daniel, was nice and welcoming. In the morning we had breakfast and the woman taking care of the breakfast room was welcoming, helpful and very nice. We had a great experience!

Nice location, helpful staff

Liked: Superb location, all within walking distance to attractions near the city centre.
Disliked: If you are staying multiple nights, it is now the default to have no room service unless requested. Perhaps for international travellers who do not know this rule, let them know this when they check-in. Overnight parking is expensive.

Liked: Great location, spacious and clean rooms
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t too great in choice, mainly sweet stuff, also the check-in experience wasn’t too pleasant.

Liked: It was in a great location. The room was very big, air conditioning was great. It had a fridge, microwave & coffee pot which was very handy. Checkin was fast & easy. The gym was great too.
Disliked: The pool is smaller than it looks. I also did try to ring three times regarding something and no answer by phone or on the app here.

Pleasant and comfortable hotel.

Liked: Comfortable bed, spacious room, clean, located a mile from Union Station.
Disliked: Wifi was not password protected, so open to the public.
