Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Denver Downtown Convention Center

From the moment we arrived, the valet parkers were very friendly and helpful. The front desk person, Daniel, was nice and welcoming. In the morning we had breakfast and the woman taking care of the breakfast room was welcoming, helpful and very nice. We had a great experience!

Liked: Room and breakfast are good. Location in downtown is very convenient.
Disliked: Unfortunately I forgot in the room a white button-down shirt. When I called the next day to ask if I could pick it up, they told me that housekeeping did not find it, which is hard to believe because I am 100% certain it was in the room. A big dissapointment about the hotel.

Liked: Great location, had a pool and gym. Bed and room were comfortable.
Disliked: We were in the pool not even a MINUTE past "closing time" and a staff member came in and yelled (yes actually yelled) at my group and I to leave. There was no clock in the pool and of course none of us had our phones on us because we were in the pool. I just felt it was unprofessional, and he could have asked/ reminded in a way nicer way to leave considering we weren't in the pool room longer than 5 minutes past pool closing.

Perfect location. Should be better...

Liked: Nice hotel. Perfect location close to the 16th street where you can find plenty of restaurants and bars.
Disliked: We booked a large room for 2+2. However, it was not prepared. We had to ask for two more towels, bed linens, etc. The receptionist was quite surprised that I needed anything more for the children.
