From the moment we arrived, the valet parkers were very friendly and helpful. The front desk person, Daniel, was nice and welcoming. In the morning we had breakfast and the woman taking care of the breakfast room was welcoming, helpful and very nice. We had a great experience!

Wonderful stay!
Liked: I booked a hotel for my daughter during her stay in Denver. She really liked everything: her room (excellent equipment, cleanliness), very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, the hotel itself. The location is excellent. Due to the accommodation in this hotel, my daughter's trip to Denver was wonderful. Thank you very much!

Superb
Liked: Front desk was kind and was able to check me in 30 minutes early. Major props to housekeeping for getting those rooms ready. I was like 3rd or 4th on the list when I’d initially tried to check in (around 2:30 or so.
Disliked: Window blinds/curtain was off its track and would not fully cover the window at night

Good location, check air conditioning...
Liked: Good location, nice looking rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast selection
Disliked: Air conditioning didn’t work. I was told manager would contact me when she got in. I did not get a call or message.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: They charged me for my room after I had paid for it through Bookings.com. They told me they were charging me for an incidental deposit. Their credit card machine showed no amount that they were charging. It showed the charge was approved. Later they said it had not gone through so I went to the front desk and tapped their machine again. It showed the charge was approved. Later I checked my credit card account and saw the first charge was for the price of the room which I had already paid. A third trip to the front desk was necessary. They promptly reversed the room charge. My fourth trip to the front desk was because I couldn't assess their internet. After entering my last name and room number per their prompts their system responded " invalid guest credentials". The front desk had the nerve to ask if my last name was correct. After confirming my guest credentials were correct, he gave me a promo code to use. It has been two days since I checked out. They have still not reversed my "incidentals"charge.

Good for working trip
Liked: Great position, clean room and comfortable. Pretty quite.
Disliked: Breakfast a little bit limited, no possibility to ask for just made coffee, espresso or other things. No free parking available.
