Disliked: Bed room window had a street light outside and could not block it with the curtains. had to hang a blanket over the light

Disliked: Family that qas with us had to go to diffetent hotel due to overbooking.it was my special needs neice ang my 78 year old mom that had to move on the morning we were having my dads funeral service they had ti be out of the room so we just moved everything to my room until that evening. I have stayed at this hotel for 13 yrs every simmer fir 3dsy at a time and this was really upsetting.alao ask for the manager to come out and she proceded to make the front desk person to talk to us.

The hotel was nice but...

Liked: Our air conditioner was out at home and we were at a funeral earlier in the day so we decided to go to a hotel for the night. Booking.com said there was a pool at this location, which was the entire reason we went there. When we arrived the woman at the front desk said the hotel was being renovated and we could not use the pool. We were all looking forward to swimming for the evening and we were not able to but the only solution they had was to transfer us next door to their sister hotel and their pool was being worked on too. I understand things like this happen but I feel like it should have been somewhere on your website so we didn’t waste time and money.
Disliked: No poolShower handles kept falling apart when we were showeringBathtub did not drain well so you had to stand in a couple inches of water to showerWi-Fi was hard to work

Disliked: Not worth the money, Hot tub broken, guest laundry dryer broken, ice machine broken, refrigerator cabinet broken, dresser drawers wouldn’t stay shut, breakfast was crappy
