The hotel was nice but...

Liked: Our air conditioner was out at home and we were at a funeral earlier in the day so we decided to go to a hotel for the night. Booking.com said there was a pool at this location, which was the entire reason we went there. When we arrived the woman at the front desk said the hotel was being renovated and we could not use the pool. We were all looking forward to swimming for the evening and we were not able to but the only solution they had was to transfer us next door to their sister hotel and their pool was being worked on too. I understand things like this happen but I feel like it should have been somewhere on your website so we didn’t waste time and money.
Disliked: No poolShower handles kept falling apart when we were showeringBathtub did not drain well so you had to stand in a couple inches of water to showerWi-Fi was hard to work

Disliked: Not worth the money, Hot tub broken, guest laundry dryer broken, ice machine broken, refrigerator cabinet broken, dresser drawers wouldn’t stay shut, breakfast was crappy

Liked: Amy at the front desk when above and beyond her duties to accommodate us for the jacuzzi being down considering that was the only reason for our trip. MrsTurner that does the breakfast is phenomenal at what she does kind and bubbly and awesome hot fresh breakfast..
Disliked: Our room was filthy looks like it hasn't been dusted in a year I even have pictures of it. Look like we had two bullet holes above the bed. Jacuzzi was broken and that's the only reason why we went there for a girl's night out just sitting jacuzzi and chill. Soaps and shampoos were not full. Towel hook off back the door gone just a hole.. mold around the bottom of bathtub in the vent fan in the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year I have pictures.. I could only put four pictures in here but I have like 15 pictures of everything that was disgusting about the room. They need different housekeeping..
