Liked: After a 22 hours journey from Africa to Dallas with a large family of six including 2 hyper active grand children, this facility welcomed us as if it was home! The Staff are wonderful, caring and hospitable. My wife dropped a wallet containing more than 1000$ by the hotel, another permanent guest of the hotel picked it and handed to the front desk. They handed it to us in tact. Never seen such a hotel where both the staff and customers are this nice. Thanks

Great stay overall!!

Liked: Everything was great. Ac worked well, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, tv was big too. Everything worked very well and it was very quiet. The breakfast was decent too. I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel also felt safe, I didnt feel like I needed to worry about suspicious people or my car being broken into. I liked the area.
Disliked: One of the elevators was broken so it took a while waiting on just the one that did work.. My card wasnt programmed right so I had to rely on my friend to open our door since my key card didnt work. Bathrooms are a little small but other than that, everything was good!

Liked: Checking in was easy, the bed was so uncomfortable for myself and my children we didn’t not sleep very well for the 3 nights, beds were hard not pleasant. Homelessness is all over that area not very safe. I wouldn’t come back to Hampton Inn.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable. Hard my hips and my back are aching :(
