Wonderful comfy stay with an...
Liked: The location was perfect. Walking distance from our kids home. Also the mall wasn't very far from us. The breakfast was the absolute best my wife and I have ever had at a Hotel. Our room was very large and comfy bed.
Disliked: There's nothing we didn't like!!

Liked: Breakfast was great, lots of options. Food was hot and fresh. Good coffee. Nice dining area. Good meeting area. People were doing business meetings over breakfast, it was a good space for families and business.

Liked: The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable
Disliked: I had an unfortunate experience during my check-in at the lobby. My card was having an issue, and I requested permission to check in while I communicated with my bank. I also offered to make a cash deposit as a guarantee, but the receptionist declined. While I understand that he may have been following strict policy, my concern lies not with the enforcement of the rules, but with how he handled the situation.His responses were blunt and dismissive, repeating phrases like “No, I can’t do that” or “This is not allowed” without any attempt to explain, empathize, or offer alternatives. This came across as impolite and unhelpful.In contrast, I observed another front desk staff member, an older gentleman, interacting with guests with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to assist. It made a noticeable difference in the customer experience. I believe the younger staff member could benefit from observing and learning from his colleague’s approach to customer service. A little courtesy and empathy go a long way, especially when guests are facing difficulties. The breakfast is the same every day and lacks choices of healthy foods, such as vegetables.

Liked: I enjoyed my stay, as I always do. The breakfast is amazing. But it's a bit pricey considering The Sonesta offers the same thing across the street and is only 54 bucks a night.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The staff were nice and the room was clean.
Disliked: The mattress was too hard and the shower pull nozzle in the tub was hard to pull up to make the water pour through the shower head and there was no plug for the tub.
